Requirements
To send employees for foreign employment from Sri Lanka , need to follow the regulations , procedures and formalities laid down by the Government Sri Lanka.
To process a job order need the following documents.
- Job order request ( on a company letterhead with the official stamp)
- Limited power of attorney ( to recruit staff on behalf of the employer)
- Letter of agreement stating terms & condition of employment
Aitken Spence Resources Fee and other procedures
- Aitken Spence Resources (Pvt) Ltd ,will charge the employer, one month salary of an employee per person upon recruitment as the total administration and agency fee. This includes
Advertising
Processing
Interviewing, short-listing
Forwarding short-listed applications and documents to the employer
Follow SLFEB procedures
However this is negotiable depending on the volume and category of employees.
- Employer will handle VISA procedure inclusive all expenses.
- Employer will provide air ticket for staff member and the return air ticket after completion of two years of employment.
However depending on the terms and condition of the employment annual return air ticket with annual leave to be considered.
- Employees will pay for medical test carry out by medical institution decided by the employer.
- Employee will pay the nominal SLFEB registration fees which covers their insurance and SLFEB procedures.
- ASR will forward the invoice once selected candidates start employment and payment to be done within 15 days by TT
- Every employee will have to sign the employment agreement at the SLFEB with our presence ( on behalf of the
employer) , hence employment agreements of the employees has to be provided prior to leave.
